traffic to and fro JFK can be a horror...its also a longer trip...there is a tram but it can take a while to get to...

LGA is easier to get to but then again the delays for planes in/out are usually longer...

A plane delay is not too much of a problem (I don't think), my concern is getting to the Philippine Consolate without getting ripped off by a hack whom decides to give me a tour.

Shuttles and trams work for me ... two adults, no baggage, in and out (after a few hours, I'll assume) and back home the same day.
