Memo to Occupy Wall Street: Obama's Present & Former WH Chief Of Staff Were Once Big Bankers

Here is a memo/wake-up call to Occupy Wall Street:

1.) Obama's former White House COS Rham Emanuel: Did not have an MBA or prior banking experience, yet made $16.2 million dollars as a banker according to Wikipedia. New White House COS Daley: former big banker.

2.) Obama supported the TARP bill.

3.) Obama promised that his administration would be bereft of corporate lobbyists; yet at least 16 former lobbyists of some super-sized corporations apparently were hiding at the back entrance to the White House, because as soon as Obama took office they slipped into his administration.

4.) Obama received boatloads of campiagn cash bundled to him from big banks and "Wall Street." Ann Coulter is correct on this. Democrats often make Republicans look like amateurs when it comes to this, and yet so many Democrats are duped into believing otherwise.

5.) Read Jane Hamsher's online article "Fact Sheet: The Truth About The Health Care Bill." It is Progressives who say that Obama's HCR bill was a sell-out to, as they like to call them, "Big Insurance" and "Big Pharma."

Moveon.org, George Soros, Big Union and others (according to more than one media outlet) are connected to or behind getting Occupy Wall Street off the ground. OWS may have some true believers in it, but it appears to be largely astroturf. Sad but true.

I am not certainly anti-bank by any stretch of the imagination, but the TARP bill was certainly not free-market capitalism at work.

And yet, despite what I listed in the OP, I wonder how many at OWS will ever get beyond being mindlessly spoon-fed the talking points of “Bush invaded Iraq for oil, Repubs are for the evil rich, Dems are for the little guy” and so on.

God help us...

Bush gets the “credit” for Tarp and also the bailout of the automobile companies.

It was “the establishment” (as Sarah Palin and others affectionately call them) that supported TARP.

“The Establishment”: those whom Republicans call RINOs and Dems call DINOs.

You could count the number of DINOs on one hand and still have fingers left.

"Since 1990, Goldman Sachs' PAC and employees have consistently contributed more money to Democratic rather than Republican candidates for federal office. In the 2008 election, three out of every four dollars contributed by Goldman Sachs went to Democrats."

"Lawrence H. Summers, the top economic adviser to President Obama, earned more than $5 million last year from the hedge fund D. E. Shaw and collected $2.7 million in speaking fees from Wall Street companies that received government bailout money, the White House disclosed Friday in releasing financial information about top officials."

Just speaking of the Senate:

The number of DINO counterparts to RINOs like McCain, Grahamnesty, Collins and Snowe is staggering.

The House is ate up with those whom progressives call DINOs as well.

You are living in a different universe. Name the DINOs in the Senate.

In the 30’s the National Socialist Party in Germany used the Jews as the scapegoats for their economic woes. They had mobs in the street protesting the Jews. In 2011 Obama is using Wall Street and the rich as the scapegoats for the economic woes that he can not solve. He has mobs in the streets protesting the rich. The rich are Obama’s Jews.

We know what happened to the scapegoats of the National Socialists ended up. Is this where Americas rich will end up? There is precedent Mao, Castro, Che, Pol Pot, etc.
