When we had 4.6 unemployment , Nancy Pelosi decried the "worst economy since Herbert Hoover". What is it now at 9.2? The best thing since sliced bread?

Nothing like lowering expectations to make failure look acceptable.

While we're at it, maybe we should be celebrating record numbers on foods stamps as 'economic stimulus' and achievement of "Great Society' ideals.

I'm fed up. our local community paper (north metro, MN)yesterday parallels the national media's daily propaganda pieces under the title ‘New Normal’. I need some ammo for returning fire in the unlikely event the local presstitutes print my reply.

Once People finally realize that Dummies don’t want Americans to have confortable pleasant lives, then their world will become clear.

Dums have nothing if they don’t have some VICTIM to supposedly stand up for. They need the haves AND especially the Have NOTS. without the later they are irrelevent.

The local presstitutes even brought in the state economist to blame it on: “rising healthcare costs”, “state budget shortages/stagnant growth”, demographics(people having fewer kids=lack of workers), and even had a shrink explaining the 10 steps of grief and “grieving for the past”.

they mentioned “public sector has to give” , but with NO mention of greedy gubmint union pensions or dulpicative agencies and waste.
