Vice President Biden said Thursday that despite his stature, South Korean President Lee Myung-baks nickname of bulldozer is more than fitting.

The origin of the nickname, as the vice president explained, is that earlier in his career, Lee completely dismantled and put back together a bulldozer just to figure out how it works.
