Newt - Kept his cool and answered questions succinctly.

Cain - Also kept his cool, answered most well, except for
his plan.

Bachman - did terrible, didn’t answer questions, shot herself in the foot with the women homeowners

Paul - is Paul. no change. hurt himself w/ cutting
defense.

Romney & Perry - were the same, terrible bickering with each
other. Romney is loosing his slickness.

Santorum - better, but not great. good on Latinos. Good on defense. Good job attacking Romney and Perry.

So, in order of best to worst:
1. Newt
2. Cain
3. Santorum
4. Romney
5. Perry
6. Bachmann
7. Paul

Cooper made the Pubs react in bickering as Newt pointed out. People watching might not have liked that but: the audience still seemed to think Newt, Perry, Cain, Mitt, Michelle, Santorum and then Paul. It seems in each debate, the real innovator and genius is Newt. Period. Perhaps Perry made some steps tonight. Mitt did not do that great and Cain kept his own. Newt is just the most brilliant solutions person the Pubs have. If he can keep his message clear and get some dough, he could get some early delegates to forestall Mitt, Perry and Cain.
