"Legal" conduct does not always equate to "ethical" conduct. I see the Cainiacs will rationalize anything to promote their candidate.

BTW playing the race card--as has been done on this thread is the real "hate crap." You just don't like it when someone points out the very real problems associated with Herman Cain's candidacy.

I very much wanted Cain in the beginning, but then I began to see some disturbing things in him, beginning with his lack of preparation and knowledge of foreign policy and foreign affairs. He is a superficial candidate with no more depth and a less impressive record than Rick Perry turned out have.

So the campaign pays for books to pass out. The book is about Herman Cain and why he would be the best candidate. He passes the books out in the hope that the readers will also come to believe that he is the best candidate for the office.

I sent him money. If every dime goes to giving away books for people to read, it was exactly what I gave him money to do: that is get elected. Since when did these books grow on trees?
