Posted on 10/21/2011 7:33:04 PM PDT by icwhatudo
Please pray for my kids and wife. Feeling beyond scared sitting here in my hospital room hoping against hope the latest pain in my chest is not what I think it is. I am a huge believer in Christ and ask His mercy and protection not for me but for the sake of my kids and wife. Working up the courage to call them but don't really know what to say without freaking them out. Got a really bad feeling about things right now and praying it will pass...never have been so scared in my life.
I remember u from way back.
And I like u and I’ll pray for you.
Prayers for you and yours. Stay calm.
I am so praying for you. Hang in there, don’t leave us yet!
Will do, right now, in Jesus name!
Hang in there. Things are often not as bad as they seem.
Saying a prayer that this is just indigestion an not an attack. Call your family. You need their support right now.
Prayers that what you are feeling will be nothing serious. Anxiety isn’t going to help you right now either. ;)
Put your faith in Father. Ask Him for help, and IF it is something serious, let Him guide the Doctors in all things.
He is with you in all things.
Prayers up for you!
Keep the faith. Call the family, and let them know where you are as soon as you can. You have to let them know, and now.
Prayers up for you, and your family.
Prayer said. Try not to worry so much. God is always in control.
I am so sorry to hear this. Prayers up for you and your family. He is there with you! PG!
Prayers up my friend. The good news is that you are at the BEST PLACE you could be, if indeed you are having a cardiac event. Set your mind at ease.
Praying for you for healing and comfort and courage.
CALL your fife and family!
I pray God will bless you and your loved ones.
Take care of what you can and God will do the rest.
When I had phantom chest pains that turned out to be nothing, the man who drove me to the hospital basically regaled me with his family history of heart attacks and stents - making the point over and over that his family members fared quite well because the most research and success in medicine has gone into treating heart attacks etc. So many many people find out that it is less severe than feared and if sever, there are so many treatments.
I called my family in that situation saying calmly - “I am just sitting here waiting right now so I thought I’d call you. I know you’d always want me to play it safe so, for you, I came to the ER to make sure I am ok...”
Prayers and (hugs)!
May G-d comfort and protect you. You’re in the right place!
Please keep us updated. We’re going to worry! :(
Hang in there dude. We’re pulling for you.
Prayer’s sent and also posted the request to my twitter friends.
Oh Dear Lord please bless this man and see him through his heart crisis.
Please remain calm, breath, you are in medical hands now all will be well.
Don’t worry. Your family is stronger than you give them credit. Thank God that you made it to the hospital in time for them to get you back on track. If it’s your heart, they can fix it, probably with minimum invasion. In the meantime try to be calm. You’re going to be fine. You have prayers and God’s strength to get you through this.
Praying for you and your family.
Wishing you the best, and a speedy recovery.

You’re not alone.
“Where two or three are gathered together in My Name, there am I in the midst of them” - Jesus.
Be honest when talking to your family. Panic is bad. Calm is good.
No stress, just take a deep breath and trust in the Lord. He is in charge and knows the number of days that he wants you here.
My DH had a heart attack on June 29. The cardiologist pulled 6 blood clots out of his Lateral Anterior Descending artery (LAD), AKA the widowmaker which was 95 % blocked by the clots.
After they finished the angioplasty, the cardiologist took a look see with the camera to find the areas that were damaged from the clots. He was amazed when told me that he couldn’t find find a single area that was’t contracting in DH’s right atrium and ventricle.
Prayers for you Brother.
God holds you in the palm of his hand.
You have many here praying for you.
God is our hope and strength,
a very present help in trouble.
Therefore will we not fear, though the earth be moved,
and though the hills be carried into the midst of the sea;
Though the waters thereof rage and swell,
and though the mountains shake at the tempest of the same.
There is a river, the streams whereof make glad the city of God,
the holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High.
-— Psalms 46: 1-4
