I would have gladly paid up.......after I took pictures. And then sold the pictures back to him for a hefty profit. kind of reminds me of the time when my neighbor the cop tried to get the "black and white kitty" out from under the bushes in the front yard.
Unfortunately I was laughing so hard I couldn't take the pictures.
I didn't let him know that however.
