Slice the cucumber very thin and slice the small onion as thin. a pinch of salt, just a pinch, 1 1/2 TBSP cheyenne pepper. This if for 1 hot house cucumber Let sit for a couple of hours. enjoy. I add more of the pepper,for my taste. We enjoy it the same day it’s made. I’ve found some kimchi in the supermarket here in TX, it’s quite good.

That is awesome and not a bug in sight!!! I thought I was doing good when I picked a quart of second crop Raspberries today. Picked a couple of late cucumbers also but the garden here is done for the season except for the freshly planted Garlic. We are due to get rain tomorrow, the first in a month.
