That’s actually pretty sedate compared to the bizarre taxidermy I once saw in a store in Dachau.
It consisted of things like raccoon bodies with bat wings, duck bills and rabbit ears.
The Dachau concentration camp I’d been to an hour earlier started making a little more sense after I walked through that store.
My father saw Dachau 3 weeks after liberation.
A poorly educated speed reader like myself would think the last word in that title was ‘Pancakes’.
I like the “killing rats” part so much that I give the artist a free pass for desecrating the remains of said rats.
