They are actually the newest generation red diaper doper babies of the 1%.
Why are they not in the Peace Corps doing good things for the 99% in Africa? Load ‘em up and ship ‘em out on a boat.
My answer would be to offer them all the opportunity to take free courses to become bank regulators. And then mandate ten year indentured servitude of auditing bank records and working with their lawyer friends to bring cases that may or may not result in prosecution, let alone conviction for illegal practices.
