Since Coke is giving $ to the WWF, I don't want to buy their product. What is a good substitute for my "Jack & Cokes"? I don't care for "Jack & Pepsi".
Jack on the rocks works well for me.
And don’t forget that the CEO of Pepsi blamed 9/11 on the United States.
I have been known to use RC cola, I like the taste myself in either a Jack & Coke or Captain & Coke

My favorite of late is Lemonade with good bourbon. I believe it is called a “Lynchburg Lemonade”...my mouth is now watering...
You kidding me? They sell 3 liter pop bottles at the 99 cent store here in Socal. I VERY rarely buy coke especially that libtard Pepsi company which shares the symbolic of the idiot president.
Some things have no substitute. I love Coke floats but would never think of substituting Pepsi or RC for the Coke though I do like to drink an RC every so often but only by itself. Just man up an give Coke the penny or two profit. I mean how much Coke do you actually drink with Jack?

I was a senior in high school when, with my Dad, we were visiting my brother who was a senior at Carolina.
Brother ordered a bourbon and coke. Dad said “son, don’t ever ruin good bourbon with anything other than branch water.”
I’ve been drinking Jack and water ever since (water being primarily ice)
ice is the only thing you should ever mix whisky with, either bourbon or scotch. Three cubes and never more than two fingers, just to make sure the ice doesn’t melt and dilute fine whisky. Sometimes a glass of ice water to chase a sip with is acceptable.
Avoid Pepsi
Jack and Ginger. Try it - a great southern drink.
Second choice - Jack with a splash of...Jack.
On a hot summer day nothing is better than a mint julep. Put a little club soda in the bottom of the glass with some sugar and a few mint leaves and mush it up. Fill the glass with crushed ice, then Jack, and garnish with a sprig of mint, so when you drink it you smell the mint. Awesome! Kind of like a whiskey snow cone.
I also like club soda or 7Up.
Water and ice or straight on the rocks.

I don’t much care for professional wrestling either but I am not going to stop drinking coca-cola. I bet if you looked deep enough almost every consumer product company gives money to some organization that you oppose. I will continue to drink the nectar of the gods aka Bookers with coca-cola.

I find that a couple bottles of Robitussin will take the edge off of pretty much anything.
Whenever my wife overdoes it on the credit cards she fixes me a Straight Jack, lights me a good cigar and puts on some Willie Nelson.....I know what she has done but I don’t even care.
Someone will probably tell me they support something bad but I have recently discovered Mike’s Hard Lemonade. It’s awesome.

Technically neither Jack nor Segrams 7 are Bourbon. Personally I find Ezra Brooks Bourbon is just as good as Jack, for a lot less money.

That's me...but I sure don't use the 'good stuff' for my mix - I have some nice bottles tucked away for straight sippin'.....
Gave up drinking years ago, but this time of year I always liked Jack and apple cider (”Apple Jack”). When it gets warmer, I enjoyed a nice, tart whiskey sour.
I used to make bourbon and water for my Dad and bourbon and Coke for my Mom. They didn’t drink very often, but that’s what they had when they did.
Jim Beam and mountain dew is pretty yummy..

One time I tried to make a white russian from vodka and yoo hoo.
I don’t recommend it.
I don’t drink coke or pepsi, I prefer RC Cola.
