I’ve heard that screech before. She screeched because she was scared. She was scared because she was utterly at the mercy of the male cop and knew that if he had decided to slap her around and take her gun away from her he most likely could have.

Sounds like you've made up your mind. You go on to focus on the tone of her voice, rather than the reckless driving and contempt for the law on the part of the Miami PD officer.
