Ditto for ut Austin. There is nothing but a gay friendly environment on that campus. Our conservative friends sent their two daughters there, since they are longhorn exes. The wife was horrified by the stories the daughters told them.
Further proof “Sex And The City” ruined a generation of girls. Ever since that show took off, campus paper sex columns—particularly by trampy girls—have become all of the rage. They think they’re the real life Carrie Bradshaw and upon graduation they’ll end up at some glamorous fashion mag in NYC, strutting the streets in $700 shoes as they head off to fill their Valtrex prescriptions.

What is it with kids these days that think they, and they alone, discovered sex?
Did they flunk basic biology (if was even taught) in high school?

With her all consuming desire to have some/many form(s) of sex, I wonder how much time in her day she allocates for the things normal people do (shopping, laundry, cleaning room/house, etc.).

It's called "sex-positive feminism," and the idea is that women should pride themselves on having promiscuous sex "just like men do". Why it should be a point of pride for women to imitate men's worst behavior is not made entirely clear.
It's definitely not only Penn State. A few years ago, stores in the Lawrence, KS, area stopped carrying the KU student newspaper, because the "sex column" was so graphic and disgusting.
Anyone who thinks it's harmless should ask 38yo Monica Lewinsky how her love life is going today.

Did they ask her to write columns purely about sex? If so, the columns aren’t even well written. A high schooler could write better, and she’s majoring in English! She sounds like a sex addict to me. I would imagine writing these columns brings her a steady line of potential partners as guys see she is more than willing.
But there is an incredible number of people these days who seem to think college is a party-pad/liberal protest area.
I don't know how it was when you were in school, but today most of the technical courses are at bad times, usually after 5:00 P.M., so they can offer the ditz courses earlier in the day.
I'm up north, of course, so its worse...
