Much as I hate the pantywaist prima donnas of USC, have to admit Matt Barkley had a great game. But the fact they had to have the Ducks blow a fairly routine field goal in order to win only reinforces my point that a quarterback is overrated as a measure of a team.
He had great protection, better than average receiver corps, and despite a career effort, he only won by luck.
Baylor, don’t give up on the D now. Get them.
I’m a Notre Dame dad - USC has been screwing up our seasons for years, so it’s nice to see someone else get the treatment for a change. :)
I’m wondering if OU goes for 2 FTW if the score.
