A kiss between two 12-year-olds is under investigation by authorities in Fort Myers.
Deputies said they were called to Orange River Elementary School after a girl kissed one of her classmates during physical education class last week.
The school reported the incident as a possible sex crime, and the Department of Children and Families was called in. Investigators said the girl could be charged with battery if the boy didn't consent to the kiss.
And yet there is a whole lot of something in the Solyndra and Gunwalker stories that the media refuses to look into.
Is there any way to sue the press for malpractice? (or perhaps negligent treason)
Is this the same one that was reported on Rush yesterday? The school spokesman called in to the show and set the record straight. The police were called for a possible sex crime at the girls’ home, not for the kiss.
Because it doesn’t fit thier agenda.
Plain and simple.

the seriousness of the charge and all.
Gunwalker and Solyndra will take too much time to look into and they belive the American Idol country just doesn’t care about those things.
It would be no big deal if it was a Sodomite trying to kiss another dude.

This is from the sick perverts in the school system who increasingly want sexual topics and ideas pushed on our kids as well as birth control. You can start talking sexual topics about gays in kindergarten and hand out condoms, but then you freak when a little girl kisses an appropriately aged little boy.
I wish the liberal schools and the freaks who control it would just disappear.
Actually, Rush fell for it too; had the school PR guy not gotten through to him, he would have had egg all over his face. It was misreported. We are quick to believe these stories because many of them are true.
This should be a caution to us to be properly skeptical.
