Hey! My husband is Scottish, (with some Swedish and Irish). He was in Scotland last Spring and had haggis almost every morning. :)

Okay, food prices. Here’s an example: Milk 2 pints= 0.80p , 1lb peanut butter =£1.49,
Loaf of precut bread =0.69p

41 items for £48.

That’s for a weeks groceries. If you know how to shop!

£15 of food from most take-out food places would be enough to feed two people to maximum capacity.

Regards

said the sandwiches must be served on 11-inch baguettes, 75 percent of which must be on white bread and 25 percent on brown bread. The document includes a spreadsheet listing the acceptable sandwich contents, including brie, cranberry, smoked salmon, cream cheese and prawn mayonnaise.

Truth be told the cops eating them would probbaly prefer a four word description: "egg and bacon sarnies"

I prefer the plate lunches of Hawaii. Two scoops of rice, some meat or fish and a fried egg on top with some chinese noodles on the side.
