I’m not a Christian, but I have found the capacity to forgive Sarah for dashing my hopes. I would think that someone who quotes Scripture could do the same at this time of year.

Please open your heart. Sarah is still one of the best friends our country has.

No, this will be our seventh Christmas in Texas.

As for the weather, we're in North Texas, so it's usually pretty cold on Christmas day. Sometimes we even get a white Christmas, but yeah, it snows in these parts every year.
