Done, but it appears to be just about a dead heat.

Freeped the poll!
Medicare and Medicaid are fraught with enormous fraud, with much of it perpetrated by shyster attorneys, Russian mafia, crooked physicians and equipment providers and all often well heeled donating cronies of politicians. Many of them bring in collaborators from the public to assist for what turns out to be a relatively small cut individually.
The only solution (just like employers of illegals) is to make severe examples out of those who are doing it (like they’d do in China) and take their heads off and/or send them away for life. Typically these types get off because they have their connections.
They should offer significant rewards for whistle-blowers. The problem starts at the scam organizer level where they figure it out and then draw in low lifes to make it all work while they profit. The real threat to the USA comes not just from those at the bottom scamming but also from big time crooks taking taxpayers to the cleaners.
Another aspect is the disability scam where crooked docs and attorneys collude to get a cut of the action at our expense.
