City leaders have passed an ordinance making it illegal to wear sagging pants that expose a person's skivvies or too much skin below the waist. The fishing village last week joined a host of other cities and state governments — from the Chicago suburbs to the state of Georgia — that have imposed or considered similar bans on low-hanging pants in public.
I always understood that males who wear their pants down so far as to expose their asses are effeminate homosexuals advertising their availability.
Once, while eating a hamburger in the truck in the parking lot of a Burger King, I saw an employee at the McDonalds right next door TRY to take trash out to their dumpster.
It took him 15 minutes or more to accomplish this “idiot task”, because, most of the time, he had to take time out to pull up his pants.
(obviously, a protected “Eric Holder person”. I’d HATE to have this moron in MY employ.)
I saw one fall and flatten his nose trying to run across a parking lot. He got up to speed and his pants dropped, he might as well have hit a wall.

I see that you have located a specimen of Homo Urbanus, an evolutionary dead-end. Based on the fossil record, Homo Sapiens appears to have accumulated various weapons in secret, then used these weapons to neutralize and remove the Homo Urbanus threat.
