His cousin held many of the top levels of management at Corning, died a millionaire. Part of the “six-pack”, ie top 6 in the company. Jamie Houghton, Amo’s brother who ran the company, and he were good friends. Amo was the older brother, he stepped down to be a Congressman. Gorilla glass in our phones are Corning’s latest products.
We spent years going to his cousin’s house every Christmas night. He hosted us right up until he died. Really nice guy.
Previous books of hers were what I best describe as “shotgun logic”: 5 or 10 examples of her point from so many spots I could never find the common link for her point. It was hard to follow. This one is more refined, though some now it seems some chapters are spread out in the same fashion.
But it is spot on nonetheless.
