I think the conversation may have gone something like this:
Hey Marianne, remember what we were doing while I was married to Jackie? So Callista shouldn’t be much of a shock to you.
well that goes without saying. Anyone cheating, ending up marrying the woman/guy has GOT to know that going in. But as Newt says, doesn’t matter what he DOES, just matters what he SAYS, AMERICA needs to hear what he has to say....

So why does anyone really care?
Define a “fair share”, or “out of touch”

These are not the issues sane people
Should even be concerned about
I’m a lot more concerned about the Canadian pipeline, the f***ing EPA, work/jobs, money to live on, and gas prices rising ALREADY and it is not even spring. That is what we should be concerned about, not how many investments someone has, whether or not they are an isolationist (Jefferson was, more or less), and how many women they are boffing today or over the past 14 years...

I can honestly say that the jammie and slipper “fashion” hasn’t come to the hinterlands, thank heaven. I roll out of the rack before 6am, dress and get the day started, even when it is gloomy and depressing. I suppose that comes from wearing a uniform to school until my parents “mainstreamed” us in the last 2 years of high school.
I remember when my daughter was about 11-12 and she wanted to wear her sweats on a trip to the grocery store with me one cold Saturday. She whined when I told her to change to jeans and a sweater, saying that “everyone” wears that stuff out in public. Before I could answer, my husband said it is not appropriate to wear cutoffs in public, is it? When she said no, daddy, he said well, sweats are just winter cutoffs, so go change.
OK, I had to look.........you made me.....he is seduced at age 16 by his math teacher......he eventually marries her and has children.........after lots of tomcatting he starts in with marianne who will become wife #2.........and she stands on her high horse discussing open marriage.....what the hell was going on when he cheated on wife #1......good grief. The sleaze is pouring out. The only shocker is that Callista isn’t being cheated on. Finally, he healed from his sex addiction? If true, it is quite a story. I always wondered what kind of damage is done to children who have been sexualized at that young age.
OK.......I am grossed out. I switched to HGTV instead of watching his speech......everyone happy?
