Gotta love Pit-Bull Orly: “He is acting like a 5-year-old brat, saying ‘I am afraid of Orly, I want the secretary of state of Georgia to act like my mommy and protect me from Orly,’” she wrote. “Some leader of a free world.”

I am not a lawyer, but I would think the judge could do one of two things, or both — issue contempt citations to Barry Soetoro and his lawyer — or rule that Barry’s name will not appear on the Georgia ballot for 2012. I think this is just what Barry has been hoping and planning for (and wondering why it took everyone so long to do).

“you do so at your own peril.”

Oooo. I bet they’re scared.

Since when has any legal or legislative authority, let alone any executive authority, actually upheld the law in this matter, let alone follow the Constitution of the US?

They don’t show, and the GA SOS writes a strongly worded letter. Maybe slaps a $1000 fine on someone. I have no faith in these people and absolute contempt for our ‘betters’ and ‘professional politicians.’

calls for Obama to be removed from Georgia’s March 6 primary ballot on the grounds that he doesn’t meet the requirement of being a natural-born citizen.

By his own admission, Hussein agreed and signed his name as one of six committee members who discussed with Homeland Security Chertoff that NBC means TWO US CITIZEN PARENTS. He can't change his mind in the middle of this. More RAT hooey. He was for it before he was against it. Here's hoping this judge doesn't take kindly to attorneys and defendents poo-pooing his orders. Lock them both up for comtempt of court.

Somebody just might have a real ugly day tomorrow. It sounds like Obama’s Lawyer is going to get sanctioned and a Bar complaint, you just don’t say things like that to a Judge as an Officer of the Court.

Not available - it’s an administrative hearing. But “at your peril” is exactly right: if one side chooses not to present evidence to support its case, the judge will make his ruling on the basis of the facts before him, which means that the other party will prevail.

Bad decision by the attorney.

Actually, the judge will submit a report to the GA SoS who will make the decision which based on his reply to Jablonski, isn't going to be favorable to Obama.

I have to assume a lot of facts (haven’t read any of the pleadings), but if the people seeking to keep him off the ballot prevail in the administrative process, he may have to file a lawsuit to get on the ballot. Then, Katy bar the door. The burden’s on him to prove he’s eligible to run for President.

I am hopeful Judge Malihi appreciates his position in history and will act accordingly- ascertain the facts, apply them to GA. law and act accordingly. Geez that doesn’t seem so difficult.

I would think the judge would just issue a summary judgement agains’t Obama and send his recommendation to SOS Brian Kemp. Obama is going to find himself off the GA ballot and I know Ala is watching this case as is Conn and AZ who I understand also have similar cases ongoing at this time.

Does anyone know off-hand the D vs R makeup of the GA Statehouses? Even if his name doesn't appear on a ballot, according to the US Constitution state electors will be assigned by the state legislature. So Obama could still "win" GA, even if he doesn't appear on the ballot, without a single vote.

I wouldn't go so far as to call her a tard, but I kinda have this problem with her as well. She needs to hire a good paralegal or legal secretary to handle finalization of her papers and make sure they comply with all state, federal and local court rules about formatting and such. Unfortunately, she loses credibility points (you know what they say about first impressions).

Maybe one of the attorneys in here can enlighten us on whether there's some sort of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure that allows a party and/or his attorney to avoid a hearing when personally ordered to do so. I don't recall ever having read such a rule.

The Republicans hold overwhelming (almost veto-proof) majorities in both the Georgia House and the Senate. They also hold every major elected office in Georgia.
