With Obama at the helm, the argosy of the United States has been grounded on a reef more terrible than that of the Costa Concordia.

When queried by his first mate whether the treasure was on board, the pirate captain said- “Argosy if it’s secure in the hold!”

Argosy.
That be pirate talk for, “Hyar! Go see”. It sounds better with a peg leg and eye patch.

I always thought that the word was derived from Jason’s Ship the Argo, and meant an epic adventure. I guess I was wrong.
Being wrong in my vocabulary is a new experience for me! LOL!

Obama is an argosy of arrogance in dealing with Republicans. It seems he took offense at Gov Jan Brewer's portrayal of him in her book, "Scorpions for Breakfast". He brought it up, then walked away when she stood up for herself.

The One Percent’s wealth—Barack’s argosy
To be plundered for his socialist kleptocracy
He must be unseated
Deposed and defeated
And treated like a dentist with leprosy

Why did the pirate kid not go see the movie?
Because it was rated Arrrrrr!
homework:
Clearly the O Administration would rather have an argosy of oil tankers heading to China than a simple pipeline to energy security. But wait! There’s more! If the oil gets shipped via rail, Warren Buffett makes more money. As the church lady used to say, “how conveeeeenient!”

I downloaded The Hunger Games. I was too tired last night to read more than a page.

It gets good in a hurry, don’t worry. I made my 16 year old son rea dThe Long Walk by Stephen King after he read Hunger Games, and he said, “yeah, that was the hunger games done right.....”. Hunger Games is good, not great, but absolutely a worthwhile, entertaining read.
Who else can’t wait for The Hobbit movie in December? It comes out like a week before the end of the world, to which I say, “score!”
