It is interesting that these gun-related shows are doing well. Top Shot is hard to watch, though. I can’t quite put my finger on it... But something bugs me about that show. Part of it is they’ll have an expert with a bow competing with a pistol, or an expert with a pistol competing with a rifle.
Put me in there with a longsword and lets see how they do. I don’t know... Some standardization of the course might be helpful.
I’ve seen several episodes of Sons of Guns... And they’re fun, but are getting a little too wound up in the soap-opera of family stuff. Seriously...

Me, too. It’s the host. He spends more time striking a ‘pose’ and flashing his abnormally white teeth trying to be cool.
Otherwise, the show is pretty good.
