where are Kalisi’s dragons?
I’m still bummed that Ned Stark got killed.
This author likes to kill off his main characters.
Love that series. Wonder when season 1 will come out for the general public?
Started reading when the first book came out, and was hooked. Though it was excruciating waiting years and years between the new ones. Just about went out and slashed his tires because of of the 3 year wait for book 4 which was abysmal, but in book 5 he redeemed himself.
I think the TV show has been unbelievably well done, and am looking very forward to season 2.
March 6. I’ve been waiting, too.
Is that safe to download?
I’ve seen it, I have HBO. I just want it on DVD, too. But thanks. :-)

I thought that book 5 was not worth waiting for. Had the author done a better job with book 4, maybe adding a couple more chapters, it would have been as good as the first 3.
To me, book 5 left more questions unresolved than it answered. It ended by taking the story line in a new direction without taking any real effort to tidy up loose ends created by the first 4 books. The author seems to have a lot of balls in the air regarding the fate of some of his characters. Or maybe I’m just too anxious.
IMHO, I don’t know what Mr. Miller was doing for all of those years that we waited for this book, but it sure wasn’t writing. All of my drivel being said, I love the books, overall, and I can’t wait for the series to continue. I think that Sean Bean was awesome in his role as Ned Stark.
That being said the TV series is remarkably accurate to the story. As beautifully casted and filmed as it is, they are going to have to kick Martin's butt to write faster or they will have the fifth season done before he's finished with book 6.
