Florida County by County

Posted on 01/31/2012 6:20:43 PM PST by Qwackertoo

Romney doesn't look so great on the county by county scroll on Fox. Lot's of counties with Newt on top. Too bad it was winner take all. Will try to post county by county results when I find them when 100% reporting.

Media sure is making a huge deal out of a 15% win by Romney. Hmmm guess they forgot abut SC margins.

This site has a county by county count:

And, you're right...Newt IS up in many counties.

Take that, Rombama.

Consider this:
“Stephen_KubiakStephen Kubiak
I-4 counties to watch in #flprimary results: Manatee, Osceola, Polk & Sarasota.

They’ve voted for GOP’s eventual nominee for last 20 yrs.”

OUCH!
Mitt won ‘em all.
_________G M
Manatee 27-48
Osceola 35-42
Polk 33-42
Sarasota 27-51

Now Ican’t vouch for the accuracy of that tweet’s claim. and’things may be different this time, an there’s a lot of states to go...

BUT

Take heed people. If you have an open or competitive House seat get involved with you local Party organization NOW.
The establishment would love to stick you with a ‘moderate’ “mini-Romney” candidate as your only choice in the election.
And you have to stop them. Now.

Of course the Panhandle going heavily for Newt, hence the Queen of South Beach’s effort to suppress the Panhandle vote earlier this afternoon.

The CNN link is updating quicker and the chart actually easier to read.

Maybe this should be a lesson about where Conservatives focus attention. Should they start hitting major media markets more?

The proper way to pronounce it is Flori-DUH.

For obvious reasons.

At the moment it looks like Newt won just over half Florida’s counties, 34 of 67, if I have the count right.

Newt took a majority of the counties, but they had lower populations than the ones Willard won.

almost there 94% now.

Can’t wait to hear the cost per vote by Romney vs. Newt.

That can’t look good to your honest, everyday, average American. At least not this lady.

considering how much money was spent against him and the last two debates . . . I thought Newt gave a nice speech tonight, very positive.

I can't quote the source, but I believe there was a report recently that republican registrations in Florida had increased dramatically.

I wonder how many democrats registered as a republican in order to choose the republican nominee. They already have their nominee, and can switch registration between now and the primaries in September. You will note that the north part of Florida (except where there are major university)all went for Romney. When I drove through Gainesville on Saturday there were many, many Romney signs by the roadways. Not in yards, but in the roadways. I never saw any signs for Newt.

By the way I voted early for Newt.

As much as I detest the New York Slimes, I have to concede that they have the most interesting breakdown of data thus far:
