Massive U.S. Military Buildup Reported Around Iran; Up To 100,000 Troops Ready By March

While President Obama's supporters hailed his withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq as the end of the war in the middle east, behind the scenes the Pentagon has been quietly massing troops and armaments on two islands located just south of the Strait of Hormuz, and within easy striking distance of Iran.

In addition to some 50,000 U.S. troops currently in the region waiting for orders (apparently they won't be home by this past Christmas as was originally promised), Nobel Peace Prize winner President Barack Obama is deploying an additional 50,000 soldiers to be ready for 'any contingency' by March:

President Barack Obama is reported exclusively by DEBKA-Net-Weekly's military and Washington sources to have secretly ordered US air, naval and marine forces to build up heavy concentrations on two strategic islands - Socotra, which is part of a Yemeni archipelago in the Indian Ocean, and the Omani island of Masirah at the southern exit of the Strait of Hormuz.

Since 2010, the US been quietly building giant air force and naval bases on Socotra with facilities for submarines, intelligence command centers and take-off pads for flying stealth drones, as part of a linked chain of strategic US military facilities in the Indian Ocean and Persian Gulf.

The crew of our oldest carrier, Enterprise, has been told they are not being de-commisioned unti after one more deployment. Guess where.

Can you say ‘expendable’.

Another in a long list of ‘false flags’

100,000 troops, aircraft carriers, missile subs.

Waiting for Valerie Jarrett to have a bad hair day.

Man, Obama really wants to get elected in November.

I’d rather see a coordinated effort to weaken or remove the Iranian regime and its military.

How actually do you envision that occurring?

Which effort will weaken the al-Mahdi Shites running the country, when they will kill as many as necessary to keep their rule.

And indeed view the killing of many as a good and necessary act to help bring the al-Mahdi out of the well so he can bring all of humanity to extinction, aka Paradise?

I think when The USA is committed, defeating Iran/ destabilizing its government is within our ability.

Keep in mind these are not the Russians, not the Japanese, not the Chinese, and not Al Quada. These are the people who used up a generation of unarmed, unequipped children to clear mine fields by simply walking through them during the Iran-Iraq war.

As the Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini said, if “it takes half our population dead to bring back the Al Mahdi, then that is what we will do”. This in response to why he declared war on the US in 1978.

Never underestimate an religiously insane, fanatical enemy ...

Ok you’ve convinced yourself Iran is more powerful and fanatical than Japan, Russia etc. That is a fantasy. However, if true then all the more reason to defeat them.

Hey, them’s the facts not not my opinon. Religious wars are not the same as conventional wars, they tend to last for decades or longer and are far more viscious. The short-sighted West may not see it as a religious war, but they do, and they will behave accordingly.

Right now US troops are moving onto islands around Iran - the flag will go up when Iran feels pushed too far or Israel attacks. Don’t expect to see the US mainland go unscathed.

Williams and PIF....As the Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini said, if “it takes half our population dead to bring back the Al Mahdi, then that is what we will do”. ..... ("This in response to why he declared war on the US in 1978.

Bush's "Axis of Evil", (Iraq, Iran, and North Korea were highlighted for their support for terrorism as well as their appetites for weapons of mass destruction) Barack Obama has assiduously avoided underscoring state sponsorship of terrorism. His minions may occasionally say unkind things about Pakistan and the Islamic Republic, but the president has steered clear of depicting the military junta in Islamabad and the clerical reign in Tehran as terrorist threats to the USA.")
