No judge will throw Obama out on a technicality without risking riots in the inner city. It may require time when partisan passions die out that a historian in the future will find the truth. This may have happen with Pres Chester Arthur. He may have been born in Canada. His political machine protected him, then the issue was forgotten till the 2000’s when a historian may have found letters and documents that prove the allegations were true. In real life bad guys do win, but the truth will eventually come out. Do not seethe, anger will only cloud your judgement and ruin your health.
