I was referring to the National Defense Authorization Act, known as the NDAA, in which American citizens could be indefinitely detained; a requirement for passage insisted upon yet ultimately denied by B. Hussein Obama.

Homeland security has tried to label ex-military, gun-owners and militia members as terrorists. Now the FBI is trying to create a new classification of outlaw that likely includes most FReepers.

It strikes me as ominous.
