Lol, not sure what JRT’s or pb is, but I’m very tired right now....
I have a Yorkie and he likes small stuffed animals to play with. I thought Purina Bacon Strips were safe for him but am going to have to check on that.
Thank you soooo much BG! You are a sweetie!
You bet your sweet bippy I don’t!
I wouldn’t buy dog food made in China, period.
Lol, that’s the good thing about having a very small dog - they can’t reach the table!
Made in China ping.

Small dogs, you say? :)
Lol, thanks
Back to the big dogs. And then....I’ll stop w/hi-jacking this thread....

See ya! :)
Sadly a lot pharmaceutical ingredients or nutritional supplements are made in China.
I found stuffed toys at Christmas time made in the USA, I was shocked.
I got mine at Petsmart.
But seriously, this has been going on since 2007. 14 dogs died in 2007 from pet treats imported from Canada.
The connection to China is that the wheat gluten (who feeds wheat gluten to dogs?) added to the treats is from China.
Thank You! I’ll check it out!
I understand your posts in many past threads now.
Just go to your local Sally Ann or Goodwill or Saint Vincent dePaul’s and buy some used stuffies. It matters not where they came from, and you will be helping the less fortunate.
My GF’s mom (who works at a Goodwill outlet) sets aside stuffies for us, since we have FAR too many dogs. We gladly pay the $1-$2 each, and the toys last as long as 3 weeks!
You can make an anonymous donation (the ONLY charity that IS charity, afaiac), and get stuff for your furbuddies, for CHEAP!
Then you get to watch them play!
How much fun is THAT?
JMHO, YMMV...
You couldn’t PAY me enough to eat “grown in the USA” tilapia, let alone what they ship here from China!
Tilapia is a trash fish, and most of the time it is fed from the “downstream” of a more ‘discriminating’ fish, like trout.
IOW, even in the US of A, they sell fish that are fed from the poop of other fish. Yum yum.
I hope you enjoy your ‘earnings’ from the despair and pain of others.
It is true, I suppose: ethics an morality are all relative. Maybe the atheists are on to something here.
Some folk are far too much in love with their earnings to realize it’s blood money. So what if a few thousand pets have died, I got mine!
Excellent! I LOVE Goodwill!
I don’t import anything from China Einstein.
