Well, my article is for the average NASCAR fan. I have a section in my article about how it is possible to earn while doing minimal work so as to enjoy the NASCAR experience. For me the most enjoyable part of the NASCAR experience was soaking the beer suds.

Ah, I see you are from Indiana. Indianapolis? I have a section in my article about how the town of Speedway is VERY vendor friendly. My favorite place to work. I was there for several Indy 500 races and Brickyard 400.

If you’re a tailgater then we might have met years ago. Remember a bearded guy bearing Viper style sunglasses for sale?

Viper sunglasses are from the 90s. Won’t help now. Plus I give detailed info for folks that don’t want to work the tailgaters.

I just got a Kindle Fire for Valentines. How is the Kindle Fire for reading graphics? I would like to write Kindle articles chock full of graphics and photos.

I haven’t seen any graphics in a book yet, but today I will check some out for you. The thing I don’t like about the Fire is I get too distracted if I’m reading a book. The temptation to go on FR or to see what the newest headline on Drudge is something I didn’t have with my old Kindle.

Hey PJ - You might want to check out
Vook if you decide to publish a MOBI/EPUB ebook. It's supposed to be better than Smashwords. I *think* they still have a free beta testing trial up. I signed up for it, but I haven't gotten around to using it yet. But, it looks promising! Good luck with your Dummies book!

I have two Kindle Touch’s and I just picked up a Samsung Galaxy S II last week, I immediately downloaded the Amazon Android app for Kindle on it and the 100 plus books I have on the Cloud Archive is now available on the Galaxy.
Just keep in mind the page as how it would look on a smartphone as although I do carry my Kindle with me in my coat the Galaxy is in my front pocket and I can read any Kindle book on that Galaxy even in the dark as its fully lit up like a Nook.

The graphics are great on the Fire and I find it easier to navigate back to a picture or map for further reference.

WOO! HOO! I figured out how to do the centering. What I did wrong was to type up my material in Google.docs. Then I copy and pasted into Open Office where I converted it to a .doc file and then uploaded to Kindle. That was my mistake. Somehow the centering got lost in the copying process. When I wrote up a test article DIRECTLY into Open Office everything work fine when I converted it to a .doc file and uploaded to Kindle.
Now my only problem is how to make articles available for FREE in Kindle. I tried to set the price of the test article at $0.00 but Kindle wouldn't allow me to do that and yet I do see a lot of books and articles at Kindle available for free. Does anybody know how to set the price at free?
