Playing with Windows Movie Maker, the version in Win7. All these shots are with my Sony A200, Vilano Beach, St. Augustine.

I just shipped the Sony off for an overhaul, got to have it ready for nesting season. It is just too complex for a DYI job. The old film cameras are an ongoing process, I get one working and another one dies, LOL . It keeps me from hanging out in beer halls with fast women and really getting into trouble!

Seriously, bro, you will find that MovieMaker LOVES to crash —if you have moving video, especially. Also it takes a long time to load the clips + photos in.
Think seriously about doing the free download of Sony Vegas Pro —offers higher stability, richer functionality, and about 5 other great things.
It only LOOKS more intimidating, at first, but you will QUICKLY catch on.
You can do this now, or I KNOW you will do this later....

What does “tsiya” mean?
I really like those and also 2:32, 2:47 and 3:14 and 4:17 who seems to look sideways at the camerman.
That is when the DSLR comes in handy, the autofocus is super fast. Most of these are with an old Minolta 35-70mm f4, a couple with a Minolta 50mm f1.4, both made about 1985. Those lenses are going to outlast me for sure!
Tsiya is Cherokee for otter. Thanks for the tip, hadn’t heard about that one, and I’m a free software addict.
Another piece of advice:
I TOTALLY approve of your, “call me Senator” video —I loathe that insect, as I know you do. BUT:
Consider starting a seperate channel for your political stuff. I tended to conflate my personal stuff along with occaisional political clips, as you have, and you will find as you pick up popularity a couple things:
1. YouTube management is mostly liberal
2. Lefties will report your channel for political stuff they dont’ like
You get 3 warnings, and then they pull the carpet out from under you. I know cuz this happened to me, and esp if you say ANYTHING about Islam, basically the clock is running for you.
Do continue this way, sure (I know your have to, just as I have to), but just seperate the political stuff onto another channel away from your art, so it, too, does not go into Davey Jones’ Locker along with your Common Sense stuff. AND, if you ge a warning or two, immediately take down the screen names of your subscribers, and then let those guys know of your new political channel when the old one gets killed.
Sounds crazy, huh? I know one great European guy who’d post vids showing the shocking things muslims do in Europe, and they shut down his site FIVE times —I mean killed each channel, one after the other.
It doesn’t happen right away, but eventually it DOES happen.
I had millions of hits and thousands of subscribers, and it happened to me.
Really cool! I’m fascinated with the aerodynamics and flying abilities of all birds.........
