Lawyer: Lesbians’ assault on gay man can’t be hate crime

Three women identified by their lawyers as lesbians were arraigned yesterday on a hate crime charge for allegedly beating a gay man at the Forest Hills T station in an unusual case that experts say exposes the law’s flawed logic.

Kinda weird how the ‘news’ made those distinctions..

Wow how the story has changed now.

3 black on 1 white. Yeah I call it a hate crime.

Racists. But it’s some of Eric Holder’s ‘people’...

I agree but what makes it even worse is it is not applied equally to everyone. Until it’s finally done away with as a legal concept it ought to be applied the same to all.
