I've said before...Rush was technically correct. But it can't be disputed that the way he made his point was what became the national topic of conversation rather than who this woman really is, and her real agenda.
I'm a fan and thought he handled the first hour today very well. He talked about Fluke, but stayed focused on the fact that she is a well-known feminist activist anti-Catholic bigot with a very specific leftist agenda...and hardly just a “college student”.
Rush advertiser boycotts have never gone away. Lurk at DU...about once a week someone is quoting some Media Matters nonsense and they pass a Rush advertisers boycott list back and forth...and it never works. But his time, Rush handed them a neatly packaged, hand delivered gift.
This is fixable...and Rush will fix it. But it was unnecessary, and during a presidential primary...not helpful.
Their agenda is to destroy American Talk Radio (inherently, with a few exceptions, Conservative and thus a major threat to their tyranny, a wedge which stands between themselves and their horrid, nasty goal for America—enslavement under a uniparty liberal/socialist system). I say do two things; a) respond in kind on the airwaves, with boycotts, rallies you name it to oppose them over this latest flare up , and b) “weapon up and ammo up” as always, Conservatives, in the event that they eventually go for the juglar of the First Ammendment in this country to reach their state of tyranny, such as shutting down Talk Radio or suspending the Constitution. Folks, this is in their heart of hearts. Just be grounded and be prepared.

So knowing that Barack Obama refused to attend a Fox News debate in 2008 and that George Stephie-noplus and the woman from PBS are vested partisans (one of whom profited from an Obama victory via book sales), WHO ARE WE GOING TO ACCEPT MODERATING THE 2012 PRESIDENTIAL DEBATES?
A rigged debate is a rigged election.

A number of her argument points were about uses of birth control to treat non-pregnancy conditions.
Why not also demand free diabetes medicine and heart pills?
She targeted a Catholic university to challenge the Catholic Church’s position on birth control.
This is a birther control BS controversy. Democrats know that abortion is no longer a winning argument for them so they are controlling the terms used to describe the practice.
And Sears and AllState can weather this economy WITHOUT a bailout when they lose 15 million customers.

I do happen to believe Free Republic still has that pep and guts in its operational system and within the hearts of its members. Especially when "push" comes to "shove". And believe me, the Government Media Complex which is in support of bringing TYRANNY to our country, is in a real "shove" mode as I speak!!! We are under attack. We must get our fighters off the field and into the air ASAP. Thing is, we are at each others' internecine throats these days over Santorum this, Gingrich that, Romney this, Paul that, the lib/socialist enemy has us so horribly divided and now they are going for the final kill it seems, one by one they are going to knock us off, and Rush Limbaugh is first in line. We, to unify, need a common enemy. I see it perfectly in this Georgetown University libertine and the trouble she has wrought. It is a great point to coalesce and escalate around. Pure Andrew Breitbart. I say we go for it. And smack them right back only twice as hard, and really put the smack down on them, the whole nine yards. While we still have the means and methods of communication and assembly.
Press George Stephie-Noplus, Diane Sawyer, Nancy Pelosi, and the White House on how much communication there has been coordinating this strategy on controlling the debate on forcing religious institutions to provide 100% coverage of things that go against Church teachings.
Fluke targeted Georgetown. She’s been an activist before she ever arrived at their door.
How did she come to Nancy’s attention?
What was the pay off for George and Diane’s bet to make this a debate question?
How much has the White House coordinated this media circus?
Is Fluke even sexually active with men or is she a lesbian?
The public DESERVES to know the truth.
Some of this requires hiring a top notch, Washington, D.C. area A-1 private investigator or conservative investigative journalist using stings and other hardball tactics. It will cost bucks, but it can be done. There is all kinds of sordid crap hiding in the shadows over this. They will wish they had never taken us on. Wait till we get to the bottom of your very good questions and many other good questions about this whole set up, and the background of this woman, the incestuous relationship with DC lobbyists and K Street and "The Hill". It is really going to backfire in their faces, IMHO. I would be very concerned if I were them, about the PR fallout over this. It is coming. By golly, in my own limited way I will help bring it about if I can.
