“But that’s not good enough for Mayweather, who recently told Bob Costas that he wants all of the PPV revenue and that he “can’t afford” to give up a split.”

He’d much rather stay home and smatch his bitch around...

I can’t believe that Mayweather would turn down a potential payday that would be the biggest in boxing history. Is he really that scared of Pacquiao revealing that Mayweather really has a glass jaw?

Mayweather is a loud mouthed punk that is scared spitless of getting it on with Manny.

If you won't fight for the crack at $100,000,000 with a $50,000,000 minimum you are a pussy.

Going undefeated won’t help his legacy if he didn’t fight his biggest competition.

Packquaio is something like a senator in the Phillipines and could end up as president some day. He doesn’t seem to have anything quite comparable to Duran’s defensive skills and I don’t picture him taking Duran at lightweight or welter, but Duran’s about the ONLY guy I’ve seen that size who I can’t picture him taking.

Yes. Exactly.

I hope it happens and I hope Manny knocks his ass out.

I do too.

However...and this may be over simplistic...I think that the simplest explanation is the most likely. Floyd is unnerved by Manny for some reason. Otherwise his huge ego would not have kept him out of the ring for this fight.

Like they say, "When you hear hoofbeats, expect horses, not zebras."
