Among the records missing for Barack Obama that would be available for an ordinary president are passport records, school records such as those from Punahou, Occidental, Columbia and Harvard, Harvard Law Review writings, scholarly articles for the University of Chicago, state bar association records from Illinois, Illinois state senate records, the marriage and divorce documents for his mother, his adoption records and others.
Now it has been revealed that the Cold Case Posse assembled by Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Ariz., cannot confirm yet that Obama was not born in Kenya and brought to the United States as a days-old infant for his birth to be registered in Hawaii.
The reason? Missing records.
Obama obviously has a close connection to ERIC WITHHOLDER. The HIDE THE DECLINE party is right on the mark with this. LIBERALISM can only exist until the lie is exposed. When a light is shined onto it the democratic roaches all scamper for the nearest hole to crawl into. We must not only politically destroy the socialist democrats we must financially punish the MSM who are covering up their lies from the american people.
If Bernandine Dorn and her ilk of the Bill Ayers weather underground criminals, were giving and making fake Identities, why is it so far fetched to think Barack Hussein Obama, used one, two or more?

When you look at the "evidence" that was presented by the sheriff's posse get back into the conversation.
There is no proof, solid or otherwise that Obama was born in Hawaii. The short term birth certificate which originally appeared on the DailyKos website has been proved to be fraudulent. The long-form birth certificate has been proved to be a computer generated fake, not a genuine document. It was originally claimed that Obama was born in Queens Hospital. Then, the hospital of birth was instantly changed.
Read a book. Do a little research. Try to learn at least a little bit about what you are talking about.
And stop insulting people who are far more knowledgeable about this than you. Calling people nuttier and birthers doesn't make you smart.

this definition of being a natural born citizen is recognized the world over. why? because being born in the country, of 2 citizen parents... the child would be a citizen of that country naturally as there is no other option

If this is a coverup, it’s an incredibly inept one. I don’t discount that possiblilty. Criminals mostly get caught precisely because the do something really, really stupid.
You would think that whoever removed the records for that week from the INS records would also have removed them for several other weeks just to make it appear like random, shoddy bookeeping? Then again, criminals are stupid! Remember Sandy Berger?

Obama said he was going to make government more transparent. He forgot to tell us that he was going to make it so transparent that certain parts of it would simply disappear!
Anytime somebody stands by a demonstrably false assertion, I have to ask if it's out of raw ignorance or willful deception. It's got to be one of the two...

It’s frustratingly obvious from all the purportedly ‘lost’ records concerning Obama that he is a fraud and very likely constitutionally ineligible to be the U.S. president. However, it also appears as if this is a scheme that was carefully planned and orchestrated. Although suspicions abound, nothing can ever be definitively proven regarding Obama’s actual place of birth and his legal parentage. Add to that, if Obama really was serving as president unconstitutionally, every bill and executive order he signed as president would be void, causing absolute chaos. This being the case, I seriously doubt that Obama will ever be legally proven as not constitutionally eligible to serve as president, although in time, despite media attempts to cover for him, the truth will be painfully clear to the American people: we were duped, big-time.
I hope one or the other of the Republican candidates brings this up about the missing records. There are just too many of them.

Yeah, that’s an interesting point. Sandy Bergler did get caught, but whatever it was he was taking out of the archives has still never been identified. So, he got caught but he got away with it.
