I admit I am on drugs for a messed up back but I was watching Fox and Friends News this morning and heard that congress had passed a bill making it a felony to protest the President or any one with Secret Service protection. Was I dreaming this or did anyone else hear this? I went to their web site after I heard it but I can't find anything. Please help me Freeper's before I lose my mind and move to some 3rd world country!!!
Yes, it is apparently up to the Secret Service to make the determination. AND if anyone receives SS protection, like David Axelrod for example, they can arrest you for a FELONY if you protest them. Not clear if you have to be warned first.
Man oh man....WHAT was the House thinking when they passed this????
You know the next step: any negative speech, even away from the most high, to be lauded President will be a crime.
Gads! It passed so quietly, too. I hadn’t heard a thing about this until right now.
Can you cite an actual bill number? Because I highly doubt this...
I woke up to the same thing...Judge Napolitano talking about it on F&F...the one thing I heard is that 0bama signed it in secret.
Off to the re-education camps.
And for thse idiots that voted for this ahole that said it’s only for 4 years...I could just spit. Look at the damage done in such a short time
Why does David Axelrod have SS protection?
My call is it is BS, and Faux news is BS anyway.
Don’t you worry, the ACLU will be all over this. /s
I heard about it also.
Was it attached to some Gabrielle Giffords bill?
A) of the White House or its grounds, or the Vice President's official residence or its grounds; You will not be allowed to protest ANYWHERE NEAR where Obama or any official under SS protection is.
(B) of a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting; or
(C) of a building or grounds so restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special event of national significance
Can find no record of HR 347... Does this bill also forbid the wearing of tin foil?
GreenLanternCorps, they quoted a bill number and said it passed by “bipartisan” support but I didn’t write the bill number down. I can’t believe that it is not the total discussion on the news at this point. I thank the Lord that other people heard it too because I thought I was stoned out of my mind. Now I have to pick the 3rd world country I am going to move to!
Thanks Fresh Wind .... http://www.opencongress.org/bill/112-h347/show
If it is so, sounds like China to me!
I’m sure the ACLU will be all over this.
Liberals, a reminder:
You will lose an election, probably this year.
Why go to the expense of moving? Stick around and witness the transformation with your own eyes! Obama and all his cronies will deliver it to your door.
