I thought of that (how history might have turned out different). At first I thought - wow - the National Enquirer changed history. Then I thought - OK - but this is really the clinton machine - which sort of puts things in perspective.

The point is not that Edwards doesn't deserve his just deserts. He does.

But so many others who are guilty of equally bad or much worse conduct escape scrutiny and punishment.

There is no question Edwards has hurt many people.
But his crimes and transgressions are minuscule when compared with the despicable Clintons and, even more, the intentionally destructive Obama.

True dat. It’s always about the politics more than about the “crime”. They all have skeletons in abundance - it’s who can keep them all locked up while they’re in the game.
