Saint Louis’ round is being played at the Dome as opposed to the Scottrade Center. Had it been at Scottrade, Id of had a courtside seat. But since it is at the Rams stadium, our company doesnt hold that contract..yet..!

345 teams in Division 1 basketball. Likely half of them have ZERO chance to ever play in the NCAA tourney.

Here is a proposed solution--College Basketball Champions League.

BTW, I am not crusading for change or anything---just think that March Madness is getting a little cumbersome.

I’m rooting against Kentucky because Callipari is such a sleazeball.

With brackets busted I pretty much need the top seeds to win out aadn Kentucky to win it all. Need wins by X and Florida to knockout picks of those ahead of me.

Las Vegas sports books are known for their "proposition" bets, and other off-the-wall wagers.

I would love to know if one can get odds on a Cincinnatti/Xavier championship game..

My alma mater Ohio U is up against NC tomorrow. An underdog even with NC’s point guard possibly being out, but I will be rooting for the Bobcats. Hoping the Buckeyes win tonight against UC, just wish it wasn’t on so late.

They're going to start a game at 10:17 PM? Will it be over before 1 AM?

As one who has followed UC/X since 1960, I would love seeing "Son of the Shootout" for national matters, esp. since what went down the last time the two teams met...

BTW,for those who may not know much of the overall history, here is an article I ran across the other day that discusses a bit why I have found this to be one of the most interesting tourneys I recall :http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/news;_ylt=Aup8UO1Phd431M21p5yul5U5nYcB?slug=dw-wetzel_midwest_sweet_16_ohio_hatred_031912

Thanks for the ping! The best $4 I’ve spent recently is NCAA.com online to watch whatever game I want without cable. Now only if WatchESPN would get the hint.

LOL!

I just wish we could have delayed meeting UK until the finals instead of the semis.

Born in Louisville dad went to Uk and so did I briefly. Mom went UofL and so did Mrs S for law school. Clint Jr at AU. 4 teams from KY went to the show as usual. I loves me the SEC and KY from football to round ball. God we got it good in the South. Now please get me out of Merryland

the 4 OH and 4 Big Ten .... got stomped. Down to 1 on each.
The only multiples:

2 from KY
2 from Big 12
2 from Big east
2 from SEC

The 8 teams are now spread out homogenously across half the country, the TX-NY-FL triangle. Sort of.

We could still see a BIG 12 or BIG East final.
And KY is headed toward a semi-final showdown vs fellow KY (LOUISVILLE) or Fellow SEC (FLORIDA).

I’ll be glad when this crap is over and it stops preempting regular televison. Who cares about thug ball?

Two years in a row......this one doesn’t bother me as much, because no way we beat Kentucky, but last year’s hurt big time....I thought we had an excellent chance last year of winning the whole thing.
