We were informed that Henry Lamb passed away.
See post 48 of “Fish or Foul on the Klamath River” for comments from Norman Davis.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2883968/posts?page=48

We offer our prayers for his Irene and family and loved ones.

“Sorry to hear this news” doesn’t express our feelings adequately.

Henry Lamb was a tireless patriot who raised the alarm despite tremendous opposition.

May we do no less.

2)THE COURTS RE NDAA/MILITARY LAW:

This goes under the topic of “Related Issues” as it is not directly Agenda 21. Has to do with activists and reporters fear being detained by military indefinitely without trial. Especially note post 3 of the commentary thread for pondering.

Note link in post 19 for quote of COO of Detroit stating, “...in 2010 began an independent project called Detroit Works to sort ideas on how to reconfigure the city for residences, businesses, green space and even agriculture,...”

Apparently there are also other quotes out there where there are more specific quotes about the need to herd the communities into areas deemed proper by the Detroit Planners.

1) Interesting essay by ProgressingAmerica regarding the concept of PLANNING -

Money quote from the essay for me was:

“This right here is what makes it tyrannical, all things can be tested in reality, and when we test the theory of planning vs the practice of planning, planners treat individuals very, very poorly. Because when governments have usurped that much power over the people they govern, they don’t stop ruining peoples lives. If the plan fails, the planners keep finding an excuses and devise new schemes in what becomes one big never-ending destructive path - The Road to Serfdom [referring to Hayek’s book by that title.]”

I don’t know if this falls under the Agenda 21 umbrella or is just plain old green stupidity.

The people of a township voted 61-39 against zoning for wind farms so the township is transferring the property to a neighboring township already zoned for wind farms.

I don't know if you all know it, but last week we lost a dear warrior for the cause of freedom. Henry Lamb passed away on May 23rd.

His website sovereignty.net is an information-packed source for the truth about Agenda 21 and other globalist schemes.

Arlen Williams had an excellent memorial column about Mr. Lamb and his tireless work against the UN's communist, global governance agenda.

When I wrote my column that you linked in a couple of comments above, I did not know at the time that Mr. Lamb had passed away a few days before I began writing it, so I quoted him as if he were still with us. I was heartsick to learn of his death.

Rest in peace, Mr. Lamb.

Dear Agenda 21 Warriors,

I have been out of pocket for a bit, but have much to tell you! Following are highlights from notes I took several days ago at a meeting with a presentation on Agenda 21. As most of you know, it is a very LARGE undertaking to wrap your arms around the material. I thought these folks (Art and Sheila Briesch of Edmond, OK) did an amazing job of organizing the material, so I did my best to capture the majority of the information they covered. They went pretty fast, and I know I didn’t get all of it, but thought their outline is very useful, and as we study (and act!) some more, we can fill in the blanks that need to be filled in! I apologize in advance for any errors.

I hope soon to compile another summary post. But always remember, as vast as this issue is, there is a LOT being posted and published in other places that I do not see. Please remember you can do a search on the FreeRepublic search engine for keyword “agenda21” and lots of articles will pop up. PLEASE ALWAYS feel free to post your findings and your own action reports on this thread! And, of course, I do always welcome your pings and freepmails!

God bless all of you for joining in this fight!
Texokie

ACTION REPORT:

Several days ago, my Darlin and I attended a county Republican meeting here in northern Oklahoma. The speakers were from Edmond, OK, which has been fighting Agenda 21 matters in their city. It is a city on the north of and just bordering OKC. These dear people are just like you and me. They learned about this, and are not professional speakers, but have been researching and educating themselves and their neighbors about the very real and current threat to all of our liberties and property rights posed by Agenda 21 and all the areas and buzzwords associated with it.

Yesterday we also went to a nearby Tea Party meeting. At the meeting were some who also had attended the above mentioned meeting. One of the topics covered was again Agenda 21! Word is getting out.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM MY NOTES:
HISTORY
The first speaker (Art) covered a brief overview history of Agenda 21. Topics only touched on (because it is vast) were:
1) 1848 - was when “Communist Manifesto” was written, and laid the groundwork
2) 1913 - 16th Amendment, the Income Tax. Prior to that date, government revenues were levies and tariffs.
- 17th Amendment, Senate became ELECTED by popular vote instead of being SELECTED by the various state legislatures, and therefore Senators became vulnerable to lobbying. It destroyed the balance of power between the states and the Federal Government.
- Federal Reserve Act – Congress gave away its right to coin money. Constitution does NOT allow the government to PRINT money, only to COIN it. The Fed is a PRIVATE corporation and is not answerable to the People. The only input the People has is that the President appoints the Chairman.

3) 1921 – Creation of the Council on Foreign Relations. This was the creation of the “shadow government.” This is when we begin hearing of “The Establishment” which is really “The Power Elite” and is all about the drive toward One World Government.

4) 1945 – Creation of the UN. The speakers pointed out that the term, “United Nations” was actually initiated by FDR in 1939. The UN ignores the existence of God and it declares that IT grants rights. It was founded by such known (at least now) Communists as: Alger Hiss and Dexter White. Both of these men had important positions in government. Of course, there were others....

5) 1972 - “Human Environment” Document which outlines 26 principles about the environment and the world. The UN is a better steward of the land than you are.

6) 1976 – “Vancouver Action Plan” - UN Habitat United Conference on Human Settlements
Owning land is a holder of wealth, which is a roadblock to social justice. According to these people, land should be used for “the greater good.”

7) 1983 - the Brundtland Commission - “Sustainable Development”

8) 1992 – More on Development – Rio de Janeiro – GHW Bush attended
Convention on Biological Diversity
Framework Convention on Climate Change
Agenda 21

AGENDA 21 has 40 Chapters covering ALL – repeat that, ALL – aspects of life on Earth: plants, animals, land, everything
GHW Bush did not sign on to Agenda 21, but Clinton did. Clinton also created the framework for Agenda 21 implementation. He figured out a way to bypass Congress by using the environment as the key. That is why everything we hear about from city planners, teachers, etc is all about “being Green.”

9) 1996 – Habitat II
Settlements, sustainable cities, sustainable energy, redistribute wealth of industrial nations to others, Cap and Trade, land management

At this juncture, the speaker discussed the 1848 “Communist Manifesto” philosophy regarding private property and outlined the 10 planks of the “Communist Manifesto” which most Freepers are familiar with, and of which we are dangerously close to fulfilling.

10) 2005-2014 - UNESCO “Education for Sustainable Development”

A short film was shown, and its information was flashed SO QUICKLY that I gave up trying to capture it with my notes.

The second speaker (Sheila) picked up with:
HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH IT?
Such things as:

1) Wild Lands Project

2) Smart Growth

3) Stakeholder Councils

4) Public/Private Partnership – ie, think of “GE” and “Lightbulbs.” - is actually fascism
Discussion ensued with audience members noting that Houston and OKC have had different councils working to regenerate the city cores, and it is these very councils with little input from citizens which have been making the major decisions.

5) World Heritage Treaty and Biosphere Reserves (1970’s)
Convention of Biological Diversity http://gelok.org/8.html Link shows the Biodiversity Map

HOW THEY DO IT - IMPLEMENTATION
Such things as :

NGO’s - “Non Government Organizations”

ICLEI - http://iclei.org/index.php?id=about
“International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives” became “ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability” with a broader mandate to address sustainability issues.” (This is a quote from the iclei.org website.)

SISTER CITIES INTERNATIONAL – For example, Edmond, OK is sister city to Engels, Russia. The speaker noted that Engels is named after Frederich Engels. OKC has at least 10 sister cities. What is the purpose of the Sister Cities? To share information. We should be asking what can we actually learn from them??

UN AGENDA 21 – Being fought by a number of local groups. There are links posted at gelok.org

SMART METERS – These are being installed in some Oklahoma communities. These meters are capable of SHUTTING OFF your power. Appliances have been developed that will talk to the meter and will shut you down if it decides you are using too much electricity. They are laying the infrastructure. Guess what they will be requiring us to do in the future? That’s right...buy those appliances. Some who were at the meeting urged that if they try to put you on a smart meter, GET LEGAL ADVICE, hire an electrician, and tell the electricity company to come and get their meter.

EASEMENT And LAND TRUSTS – This is big in rural areas especially. There are tax incentives for the land owner to deed the property over to the land trust or enter into an easement agreement. Your “ownership” will be retained, but you lose all control over your property. The trust will tell you if you can grow plants or animals and if so, which ones...or not at all. AND you will STILL BE PAYING TAXES FOR OWNERSHIP. An Easement agreement is PERMANENT. You cannot withdraw once you enter into it. No recourse.

In Oklahoma there are 7 Land Trusts.
Three of the ones mentioned:
Land Legacy
Civil War Preservation Trust
American Farmland Trust – One of the nation’s leading Trusts. Founded by the wife of David Rockefeller. David Rockefeller’s thesis at Harvard was, “The Fabian Socialist.” Another fun factoid is that David Rockefeller worked with Alger Hiss.

WILDLIFE FEDERATION – an example of how this works: People who were shooting predator wolves etc, are told that they can’t do that anymore...and the WF has been reviving the wild wolf population where ever it can.

RURAL COUNCIL – recently created by President Obama

NATIONAL ANIMAL ID SYSTEM – recently the USDA stated that program had been abandoned, but many are not trusting that. It would make all farm and domestic animals have a chip, and enforcement would be multi-jurisdictional. With Google maps and drones, enforcement would be greatly facilitated for all these various strategies.

SUSTAINABLE FARMING – no fossil fuels – basically progressive farming is going back to using plows pulled by oxen. They are teaching this in colleges. There are now “Sustainable” college degrees offered in some schools.

LIGHT RAIL – goes along with herding the people into the urban areas – no cars etc.

GRAB PROPERTY:
Wetlands
Endangered Species Act 1973
Scenic Rivers/Byways
American Heritage Rivers Initiative – 1997

WHAT CAN I DO? (Some of the following are not only from the meeting, but also some things we have learned about in our studies for the past year on these threads.)
Contact representatives (at ALL levels) on a regular basis

Go to meetings - local municiple, county, state, and congressional town hall meetings. Look for city planning and other similar types of meetings. Tea Party meetings. Be there. If you attend planning meetings, go prepared. Learn about the Delphi Technique - http://icuhollis.org/?page_id=641

Read the newspapers and your city and county web sites and look for some of the buzzwords - “Sustainable,” “Stack and Pack,” “Green” anything, “Carbon Calculator,” NGO. Land Trust. Etc.

Educate yourself.

Educate your neighbors – talk to them. Write letters to the editor. Send information to your email list. Organize your own meeting!

Take the next step in front of you – even if it is only a small one.

Does anyone know or have any links to prove (besides conspiratorial sites) that Romney has ties to the Agenda 21/NWO agenda?

My husband keeps insisting Romney was at the last Bildeberg meeting, but I have not been able to find anything to prove this. If someone can help debunk (or prove) that, I’d appreciate it.

Went to a meeting today in a local library. Presenter brought lots of material; and we are committed to reversing ICLEI locally.

The town of Tombstone being threatened by not letting the town fix the mains that supply their water. There have been water brigades from all over the state helping them secure their water.

Agenda 21 in CA. Work to get these repealed ASAP:
http://users.sisqtel.net/armstrng/opinion070312.html

CA Climate Change Regulations: (This is a postscript to my columns of the past two weeks) Just this past week, the California Manufacturers and Technology Assoc. (CMTA) released a report entitled “The Fiscal and Economic Impact of the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006.” The Act, also known as AB 32, directed the California Air Resources Board (ARB) to develop programs to reduce California’s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions to 1990 levels by the year 2020.

The detailed CMTA report projected the following “optimistic” outcome for the impacts of AB 32 on California: http://cmta.net/pdfs/CMTA%20-%20AB%2032%20Report-Final.pdf

(1) By 2020, it will have cost consumers $135.8 billion cumulatively – equivalent to almost two-and-a-half times the annual amount spent on K-12 education. (Cost range in analysis was a minimum of $85.2 billion to a maximum of $245.3 billion in the High Case.)

(2) In 2020, the direct costs for AB32 will total $35.3 billion – equivalent to about 40 percent of California’s General Fund revenues. (Cost range was from a minimum of $17.7 billion to $63.3 billion.)

(3) By 2020, escalating energy prices will increase household expenses for the average family by $2,500 per year. When combined with the lost earnings, AB 32 will cost the average California family almost $3,400 per year

(4) 26 percent of emissions reductions realized will actually stem from the economic slowing caused by AB 32.

(5) California will have 262,000 fewer jobs in 2020 because of AB 32.

(6) In 2020, AB 32 will reduce state and local tax revenues by over $7.4 billion annually. ($6.8 billion is lost from state revenues and $640 million from local revenues.) The State losses are roughly equivalent to the amount that is needed to fund the Governor’s entire Local Realignment initiative or more than a decade of funding Children’s Medical Services program under the Department of Health Care Services.

(7) AB 32 lowers California’s 2020 Gross State Product (GSP) by $153.2 billion, amounting to a loss of 5.6 percent of GSP.

Agenda 21 Summary Post - installment with more to come!

Things are heating up on the Agenda 21 front. The Good News: We are seeing more and more reporting on the issue, without the patina of “You’re a KOOK” in them. Many of you are reporting your own field actions! The Bad News: More and more the bad guys are openly revealing what they are doing...and more of you are taking action and reporting it! [It’s hard to keep up!! LOL! :-D]

So following is a scratching of the surface. If I have left out an important after-action report, or story reference please bring it to my attention...or better yet, add it to this thread!

Please ALWAYS feel free to post your action reports and story links on this thread.

I want to thank our thread participants for their pings and posting their various links and information in the past few weeks!

Please be sure especially to read the recent posts. 130 is regarding some infowars information, 132 is a fellow participant query, and 133, 134 are about some ARIZONA and CALIFORNIA Agenda 21 fights.

1) FLORIDA
One of our participants, BatGuano, brought to my attention the work of the DeLand, FL 9-12 group and their work on Agenda 21. Last November Tom DeWeese spoke to them. Trevor Louden from New Zealand has also addressed them Loudon has written a book, “Barack Obama and the Enemies Within” which BatGuano recommends.

Here is the link to the DeWeese presentation which can be found on the Deland 912 web site, (which is quite well done, IMHO by the way!) :

6)ARIZONA – After Action Report:
Tucson Agenda 21 “Quick Minutes” from Bill Bennett (I’m told, not the famous one.)

These are minutes from a meeting sent to me by one of our Arizona participants

Subject: U.N. AGENDA 21 - Quick Minutes From First Agenda 21
Presentation/Training Session

Friends Against U.N. Agenda 21,

We did stayed on scheduled [sic] for the meeting, Open discussion was just excellent many good questions and even better the participants of the session were able to answer questions. That tells me that our audience was very knowledgeable in Sustainable Development and are very aware of the involvement that Pima County and The Greater Tucson is deep into the A21, this also tells me that our future session shall be more meaningful and will be able to accomplish our mission of “Stopping Agenda 21” in our area. An item I wanted to cover however, we did run out of time; Congresswoman Burges will be presenting a new bill similar to the SB 1507 and we must get everyone behind it, to stop State funding of Agenda 21, this will help us combat the continued implementation of Sustainable Development. I will be working with the JBS teams out of Phoenix and surrounding area on the new bill, when it is introduced I will get it to you, so we can get behind it. Before we get behind it, we must “Read” it first. J

I have attached two documents New Speak for A21 and non-legal or dictionary definitions on A21 you can use to understand the terms used in various document from the websites and .pdf files on the CD “Agenda 21 Training Material”. I will be scheduling the library very soon I’m hoping for Aug 11, 2012 when I have it scheduled and I will send out an email with date time and place I will also attach agenda for the meeting. Please try to bring others to our next meeting they too can help us in our efforts of saving Tucson and surrounding areas from the aggressive take over by the Globalist.

Prior to our next meeting please read chapter 6 p.56-71, ICLEI, in Stop Agenda 21 Manual and review “Remove ICLEI” Section IV of the Workbook.
Open decision on removing ICLEI will be our main topic. In Liberty, Bill

Ernest Borgnine narrates “I Am The American Sailor” with the United States Navy Band at the U.S. Navy’s 231st birthday concert, held at DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 14, 2006. The music was written by Master Chief Musician Jeffrey Taylor and the poem was written by Master Chief Musician Jere Wallace. The passing of Ernest Borgnine July 8, 2012; he’ll be missed. He too was a Patriot and not one of those “New” Hollywood Types. Don’t know if you saw this or not? Felt this is fitting and I wanted to share with you because you have the “Dream” and desire to pass the dream to our children and grandchildren. Thank You all.

This is an excerpt from a weekly newsletter from Charlie Meadows of the
Oklahoma Conservative Political Action
Committee (OCPAC)

TREVOR LOUDON LAST WEEK AT OCPAC

Mr. Loudon turned out to be one of those exceptional speakers that
comes through Oklahoma from time to time. His book, BARACK OBAMA AND
THE ENEMIES WITHIN was published in October of 2011 and it is quite a
large work, 711 pages. During his presentation, he did a great job of
naming the many communists, socialists, Marxists and Progressives that
have worked for decades to bring us to where we are today, and that is
with them in many places of power and authority. He really connected
the dots and showed how they are inter-connected with each other.

A you tube of his talk is supposed to be on our new web-site at
http://www.ocpac.tk/, however, I can’t seem to access it, you might
give it a try. Also, he was interviewed on Glen Howard’s Senior World
Radio program which airs each Sunday morning from 10 until 11:00 a.m.
on KTOK, 1000 AM. You can log on to Glen’s web-site at www.seniorworldradio.com
and easily find the interview with Trevor Loudon. I got to hear a good
deal of the program on the way to Church this past Sunday and it was
excellent, Glen did a great job of drawing out the important
information from Mr. Loudon

Re: Smart Meters

It is reported to me that they are starting to place smart meters at peoples’ homes in Ponca City, OK, which is in the north central part of Oklahoma.

Here is an email I received from a friend living in Ponca City:
“These have been installed in Ponca City I have one on my house but wasn’t asked if they could, they just told us that they were installing a new meter before we knew anything bout smart meters....
Below is the web page of a Texas woman fighting them on it....”

http://stop21texas.com/2012/texas-activist-who-pulled-gun-on-smart-meter-man-speaks-out/
This above link is from the “STOP AGENDA 21 in Texas” web site.

This link tells of the physical confrontation between an installer and the need for her to go in to the house to get her pistol to encourage him to leave the property after assaulting her several times (he placed his hands on her and shoved her out of the way as she was trying to protect her meter.)

9)PENNSYLVANIA
Weeder sends us this after action report:
THANKS for your action and encouragement to get active ourselves, weeder!

Weeder’s report:
Hate to toot my own horn, but I have to. I led a grassroots effort here in Bucks County to stop the designation of
our beautiful River Road as a Scenic Byway by the Agenda 21 zombies. Knocked on doors, printed flyers, spoke at supervisors meeting, etc. It worked! Tell all to GET INVOLVED! We can succeed in this fight, but we have to get off the couch.

Govt Grabbing Water Again: Sues New Mexico for Water Rights

Excerpt:

There is no better way to control “The People” than to control their water.

This is the work of Secretary of Interior Ken Salazar and Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack. In a letter to them from the Western Governors’ Association:

“…The ramifications of such legal position extend to the very heart of the Western states exclusive ownership and/or management and control of the groundwater resources within their respective boundaries.”

Jay Stein, a lawyer representing the city of Las Cruces, who has filed as an intervener in the case, said the outcome of the hearing could potentially affect the city’s water supply.

“In the pending water rights adjudication in state district court, here in Las Cruces, the court has turned to the United States’ claims. Foremost among these is the issue of the United States’ claims to “groundwater’ or to “project water in the ground,’ as they have termed it.

These claims are not supported by any actual beneficial use of groundwater. Nor are they supported by state law which governs proceedings in the adjudication.

“These water claims are unqualified but potentially could amount to hundreds of thousands of acre-feet per year.”
************************************************************

fedgov intends to take over the entire western water supply. Here in PA, I have already had several runins with the epa. All the signs I see point to an all out conflagration in this country. It’s coming and we can’t even be certain who the enemy is. Some are obvious. But some might reside right in our own families. There isn’t going to be any happy ending here. Not for a long, long time.

Thanks for the alert, MestaMachine! While I know that there could certainly be the replay of the Late Unpleasantness Between the States of the 1860s, it is my fervent prayer that the one of the 2010’s can be mitigated by the Grace of God!

MestaMachine and several other of our participants have urged me to alert the ping list to the very grave concerns we have before us regarding water and water rights.

I strongly encourage participants of these different states and even states surrounding them to please consider posting a link to this post on the various state bulletins of our forum.

Please note my new tagline. WE CAN DO THIS!

Clearly, it was jolting news the New Mexico Legislature’s Water and Natural Resources Committee wasn’t prepared for. During Monday’s committee meeting, in the Barbara Hubbard Room at the Pan American Center Annex, lawyers representing the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer, Elephant Butte Irrigation District, and the city of Las Cruces, told the committee that a state Water Court hearing will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday, at the Third Judicial Court Complex, 201 E. Picacho Ave., and the future management of state’s water supply could hang in the balance of the hearing’s outcome.

The U.S. Government is suing New Mexico for perceived damages in a groundwater case, and the prize is control of the state’s water. In May 2011 we learned that the EPA was beginning to change the way America’s waters are controlled, and that control was to be extended to your ponds and puddles.

Is Obama’s federal government getting ready to put a huge red X mark on the Hoover Dam, which supplies most of the American West with its life-sustaining water? Having this scenario play out is quite plausible as Barack Obama’s Executive Order # 13547 in support of the global Law of the Sea Treaty (L.O.S.T.) seeks to take control of our water in any form of precipitation, from sky to ocean! Total water control will give the American president and his global cohorts total control of all U.S. citizens if this initiative is not stopped by still-free citizens...snip

TOMBSTONE — The City of Tombstone is embroiled in another dynamic showdown.

The “Town too Tough to Die” is now squaring off against the U.S. Forest Service in what could be the fight of its life, a battle over water rights.

On Friday and Saturday, a group called the Shovel Brigade will gather in Tombstone and head to the Huachuca Mountains to make repairs to the city’s waterline, which was damaged by mudslides and boulders after last summer’s Monument Fire flooding. While the 26-mile waterline — fed by springs in the Huachuca Mountains — has been Tombstone’s main water source for 130 years, the U.S. Forest Service is refusing to allow mechanized equipment into areas to make the repairs. Citing the Wilderness Act, the forest service is concerned about environmental damage that heavy equipment could cause to wilderness areas while excavation work and rebuilding are underway....snip

‘Wild Lands 2.0’: Defeated Salazar Policy Resurrected in Back-Door BLM Move

Western lawmakers are crying foul over new Interior Department guidelines that resurrect the controversial Wild Lands policy that was killed by Congress in April 2011.

Bureau of Land Management manuals uncovered by Rep. Rob Bishop (R-Utah) and Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) include language nearly identical to the draft proposal put forth by Interior Secretary Ken Salazar in December 2010. The “Wild Lands” policy was intended to identify and manage wilderness areas while circumventing the normal — and transparent — congressional process.

Pulling manuals from the BLM site on July 31, the lawmakers compared the policies and found the new language to be even “harsher” than Wild Lands in the “carte blanche authority” granted to the agency.

“In some circumstances conditions relating to wilderness characteristics may have changed over time, and an area that was once determined to lack wilderness characteristic many now possess them,” states one section of the BLM text. Both manuals include a provision that gives BLM the authority to identify any “roadless island of the public lands” as possessing wilderness characteristics, even under 5,000 acres in defiance of the Wilderness Act.

THank you MestaMachine. I’ve started being more diligent myself about tagging them as well with the “Agenda21” tag. I’m suspecting that other of our participants are doing so as well. (With my deepest thanks!)
