From the Republican nominee’s standpoint, a GW Bush endorsement too toxic for this election. Bush would become the issue again. I am sure Bush would endorse the Republican nominee if it would help him in the general but he is smart enough to know his endorsement would be a liabilty in the general.
But Bush would be the arch-conservative of all conseravatives to support Romney thus far, right? His endorsement would be the icing on the cake for Romney to wrap this up quickly. Hmmmm?
Either Romney wants to wrap this up quickly, or he doesn’t.
Either he supports Bush’s policies, or he doesn’t.
Looks like all Romney wants is mainly RINO’s to come out in support of him.
