The Fifth Circuit Court has taken Obama to the woodshed and is attempting to reify his verbal ramblings on the law into a three page, single spaced written explanation. The supposed constitutional lawyer, our president, has called out the court with school ground like taunts daring them to overturn "Obamacare".

Barack Obama, Constitutional Ignoramus

If I had to guess the meaning of this word, I would have said that Obama has tried to reify himself........make himself king. Nonetheless, his narcissistic writing of two memoirs before middle age also strikes me as an attempt to reify himself, in trying to give a concrete existence to something that is little more than smoke and shadows.

DOJ is being required to reify their position on the rights of the federal judiciary to overturn unconstitutional laws by squaring it up with Obams commentary of the previous day. I listened to the oral argument and the DOJ atty remained poised.
Of course, no one in my ofc had heard of this until i brought it to their attention bc the nitwits watch the MSM and it clearly isn’t getting the same sort of PLAY there!

Obama calls out the courts and gets this response and the MSM isn’t covering this? Astounding. This is one of the biggest things to happen in years, they covered the making of this law, but not the dismantling? Do they think if they ignore it it it isn’t happening? A++

I hope they have a special section on how having to use the budget reconciliation process makes the case for the act having strong support. LOL

Ah... reify, or reification...

The argument used to justify theories that can’t be scientifically proven.

“Nature did X”,
“Natural Selection caused Y”

Did we all read MoDowd’s screed du jour?

The comments section is an interesting journey into a land of delusion, where the SCOTUS needs to be impeached for repeated abuses starting with the stolen election of 2000.

Reify

His comments were ify to start with and now they’s REify. Not real sure what that means either but some words are like the barking of a mad dog...you don't have to know exactly what the meaning of every word is to know what is being said.

And apparently police are now allowed to strip search anybody and any time for any or no reason. Was this just news this week? I’m assuming the leftists at the Times are blowing something completely out of proportion.
