Bubba Watson wins with one the greatest clutch shot at the final playoff hole. Through the trees, swerving just to reach the green.
Bubba is known to be pro-military as his father served in Vietnam as a Green Beret and passed away right after the Ryder Cup. Congrats Bubba!

If I recall correctly, Bubba is a very devoted Christian.
Was that what Jim Nance referred to when he said: “I know how much this day means to you. And now you’ve won the Masters”?

That was one amazing shot! Deep in the pines and he had to hook it just right. They kept showing the 6 inch putt that ended it but the shot from the pines was THE SHOT!

Tremendous shot! Or should I see TREE-mendous?
I’m glad he won, and it was great golfing all around, everyone was in the hunt and Bubba came from behind to win! Many amazing shots and many amazing misses yesterday and today.
I also liked how he “took a moment” before he sunk the final putt.
Congrats Bubba, local boy makes good!

I was putting on the green, and this guy behind us on a par 5 hit his 2nd shot into us, and it rolled in the cup! So a rare albatross a.k.a. double eagle.

Living in Aiken County, SC, which is right across the Savannah River from Augusta, I’m glad it’s over. Normalcy will return soon.

I am glad he won. His short game was not good until the last 9 holes. He stands to much over the ball when putting; but hell of long driver. I thought through most of the tournament this guy is not going to win; but he sure pulled it out today.

His amazing shot that won him the Masters:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_mg3HddDU5Y
At the ceremonial donning of the Green Jacket, I loved how he gave credit to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As an added bonus, I'm sure the Secular Media got their panties all in knots over his proclamation.
Was rooting for Phil all afternoon until 17, then got behind Bubba. That whole thing with rooting for the USA to pull off the win.
After learning about what kind of person he is off the course, couldn't be happier that he was the eventual winner.
