The principal at Point Pleasant Intermediate School has been arrested and charged with felony child abuse of a student.
Point Pleasant Police Chief Ernie Waterson said Monday that Cameron Moffett turned himself in to police Friday.
Last month, Moffett told 13 News that he was being investigated by the Mason County School Board for allegedly dragging an unidentified student off the bus and using his knee to push him to the ground.
Moffett was released on a $20,000 property bond, officials said.
The public school, including the “charter school”, is BY FAR, the largest, most expensive, most subversive, and most destructive entitlement program in the country.
The public school, including the “charter school”, is better understood as the government school collective.
It is silly to imagine that you can fix the public schools, because the very concept itself is communist.
Any child that comes out of the government school collective with their moral compass and common sense intact does so in spite of the government school indoctrination, not because of it.
If you want to win the culture war, have lots of children (see my tagline) and homeschool them or form your own school cooperative with your church or synagogue and like-minded friends and relatives.
Nobody loves your children more than you do.
Nobody can teach your children like you can.
Your children would love nothing better than to be taught by you, if you start doing so before they are corrupted by the government school collective.
It is hypocritical for you to submit your children to an authority with whom you fundamentally disagree. And your children will know it.
If you have children, make whatever sacrifices you must to get them out of the public schools.
DO NOT FEED THE BEAST!
Especially not with your own children.
And DO NOT TAKE GOVERNMENT “EDUCATION” MONEY!
He that pays the piper calls the tune, and that goes DOUBLE for any government “education” program.
Maybe the kid needed to be dragged off the bus.
I don’t have enough info to make a statement, but I have seen kids that needed to be dragged off the bus.
This linky has a video of what happened!!

That could have handled better.
Grrrr. That could have BEEN handled better.
Not only that but that child is a “special needs” child. We don’t know at this point what his needs, it was not said.
You would think these people had to know there were cameras there. Criminals really is dumb I guess.
Could have been handled better in hindsight doesn’t necessarily equate to felony conduct.
Didn’t say it did, but I’ve worked corrections and was able to handle all but the most spun up cons without that sort of behavior.
I couldn’t get it to play, I went to school in the fifties, back then if the principal had ordered me off the bus and I refused, and he had to drag me off, my daddy would have beat my butt until it was raw.
Today the parents sue.
Times have changed , and not for the better.
There is more to this story. As I heard it last week the kid is special needs and others were bothering him. Why he was ordered off the bus we don’t know. I guess the principal wanted all involved off the bus. If I heard the story correct however he was not cutting up it was others, and being that he is special needs maybe he just did not understand why the principal was calling him out.
It’s amazing that this happens right under my nose and I find out about it on FR. Ha. I cancelled my subscription to the local rag and I don’t watch local news. I guess I’m only a few days behind. Goes to show how well FR keeps the world covered. You would think in this small a place where everybody knows everybody, some gossip would have told me about this. I’ll see if I can find out any more details. I actually have people in my congregation who teach at the school, and they didn’t mention it either. The video seems to show a bit of “overkill” to the situation.
FR...and that is the way it is.
