Sue the hell out of the teacher and the school. Demand a jury of parents with 6 year olds.

Then agree to forfeit all money, and all damages, and hold everyone harmless, if the teacher, principal and superintendent sit in front of the school, on camera, and shit themselves, and sit in their shit for 15 minutes, and then have the video go to YouTube.
