"Salient" question. Might be more interesting to try to find the last instance where a Repub actually made such statements about the traitor in chief and his folks. TV Tropes calls this the Freak Out or Breaking the Cutie. When the nice guy who always tries to talk peace and settle things down just has it thrown in his face once too often.
