If by some miracle we had a Conservative President and he proposed eliminating the EPA Boehner and most of the GOP would balk.

"Salient" question. Might be more interesting to try to find the last instance where a Repub actually made such statements about the traitor in chief and his folks. Boehner may be a pantywaist, but at least he made an effort. If more Repubs Pols would do the same and broadcast the truth to the ends of the world, we might have a fighting chance.
I guess different folks care about different issues - to the best of my knowledge, he did not cry.
