California.. New Law to ask state contractors: Are you straight or gay?
State Assembly Speaker John Perez runs the Assembly
Its not the law of the land yet. But a bill moving through the state Assembly would ask state contractors if they’re gay.
The bill passed in the Assembly. The measure would allow business owners to identify themselves as gay, lesbian, transgender or bisexual.
Only one Republican voted for the bill.
Wait a minute. Why? And what about people who wish to keep that information private?
The left needs their victim groups!
Recruiter: Now, are either of you homosexuals?
Winger: You mean like flaming?
Recruiter: Well, it's a standard question we have to ask.
Russell: No, we're not homosexual, but we are willing to learn.
Winger: Yeah . . . Would they send us someplace special?

Cost me a $2 million contract because I didn’t understand that and neither did my guys who had more experience in these types of bids. When I asked them if it was something we needed to do win they said “No, Not Really?”
So we lost the contract to install the Structured Cabling System for our hometown airport, the shiny new airplane looking thing here in San Jose.
Went to a freaking contractor in San Francisco!
That one still stings because I wanted to do that project no matter what it took.
This will lead to state contract set-asides for gays.
“Yeah, I’m queer as three dollar bill. So I get the contract, right?”

Vendor: “You know, I always wondered who’s **** you had to suck in order to get this contract. Now they’ve made it official. Tad, here, is our contracting officer, so if you’ll unbuckle your pants, we’ll make this official.”
State Planning Officer: “Excellent. Turn around and grab the desk.”
Vendor: “HEY, nobody said anything about anal. The state’s picking up the cost of protection.”

This makes no sense at all... Just like the cognitive dissonance of the left’s “Leave your laws off my womb, but Obamacare is completely alright”. These people have a serious problem when it comes to creating a bigger problem trying to “fix” what they PERCEIVE to be a problem which doesn’t exist...
They want to ask that so they can discriminate against the straights.

I don’t understand what is happening to our country.
Objectively this 'preference' can not be proven scientifically and as such is not an immutable characteristic even possible to discriminate against. We see the government here granting preference to homosexual sex which anyone can claim they prefer -no proof required.
In my opinion, all that this legislation seeks to accomplish is to promote and normalize a disordered, abnormal, and self destructive yet legal activity that ordered society has thus far recently been forced to put up with.
With this leftist overreach I would think that FINALLY there may be a possibility to legally challenge the leftist facade known as the homosexual being -the yet unchallenged facade that is the foundation upon which much homosexual 'progress' has been built
We are on the edge of complete disaster, economically, politically, and socially.
