Laz, take it from me, the last thing in the world you want to do is try and tell a judge what or what not to do. They don’t take kindly to someone trying to intimidate them.

Just a wild guess but I’d bet that those 9 justices don’t give a flying fig what Obama thinks. Plus they all probably figure he’s toast after Nov anyway.

With him threatening to do that... it really does look like Barack is bent on the political equivalent of suicide by cop. He wants to go out in a blaze of glory... but go out he will.

What gives one person the power to withhold medicare payments? Or any payments for that matter. This guy just keeps pushing the limits and nobody challenges him.

Only the most bought off slavish sycophant commie would not be getting disgustingly angry with 0bastard by now.

So I think Kagan’s okay with him still....

Perhaps the U.N. is building that additional bunker at the White House to hide him in when our Military comes to remove him from the Oval Office.

Good God Almighty, what will it take to impeach this bastard?

Forget impeachment. We can simply "deem" him guilty and tar and feather the SOB.

(I was really thinking hanging but I didn't want my fellow FReepers to accuse me of being too harsh.)

This "Bastard" will never be impeached. This "Bastard" as you refer to him, and I agree with your assessment, is who the majority of those who voted on November 4, 2008 said, via their votes, in their infinate wisdom that they wanted to lead them.

I have heard it said that those who voted for the sob were deceived and or misled. Don't believe that. At the most, two of those who voted for him were deceived or fooled. The rest voted for him for the freebie he promised the. It worked in 2008. It will work in 2012.

The election wasn’t really a true plebiscite. It was only those who bothered to go vote. McCain was rather underwhelming. So would Romney be, except that most of America is disgusted with Obama this time around.

Oh, don’t I know it. Hell, he keeps it up, he might even lose the judges who might normally go to bat for him.

The raaaacis supremes are going to make old people eat dog food.

Obama is the one who threatens medicare. Death panels are not too hot on the elderly.

Is he allowed to interfere in the court’s business like this? Seems I would not be allowed to contact the court and threaten them with death and destruction if they did not rule as I dictate.

Perhaps one of the more scandalous things about that election was that John McCain was so afraid of the race card that he felt it politically necessary to say “there is no reason to fear a President Obama.” As if this were an election for homecoming queen or something inconsequential. For all of Mitt Romney’s faults, he could not give a fig about the race card. You won’t see Mitt saying that.

Lots of Obama voters from 2008 have buyer’s remorse. I don’t know of a single McCain voter who now wishes he/she had voted for Obama.

I think we can all safely bet that at least two of those Justices care a great deal what Obama thinks.

"Dictator Obama is warning the Supreme Court to either rule in his favor or face severe consequences."

Q: Does "Obama" have a problem being told "no?"

A:

Don't those justices know that no one says "NO" to Teh Won and gets away with it?

Either way he can play it as he wins it.

They get pissed from all this and strike it down, and he gets to say Vote for me, I’ll fix SCOTUS with upcoming appointments.

They let it stand and he gets to say he got them to do the right thing.

One wonders what would happen if he abolished SCOTUS tomorrow?

Probably nothing, considering how the spineless House and Senate do not have the courage to look into his eligibility.

> Mitt Romney will walk all over him from pillar to post.

Wish this was true, but my experience with establishment Republicans is that they can’t or won’t lead an attack and are always on the defense.
